In this interactive small-group session, Angela Mickey will share a casting director’s perspective on how models can prepare for these opportunities.

Angela is the Managing Director of Casting at Liz Lewis Casting Partners, with more than 25 years of experience across commercials, film, television, voiceover, and animation. She studied at Playwrights Horizons Theatre School at New York University, and her casting credits include projects for Apple TV+, Netflix, Hallmark, and Lifetime TV.

We’ll explore what casting teams need to see, how to approach self-tapes and introductions, and how to bring your personality into an audition without forcing a performance. You’ll also discuss how your modeling materials can support your move into beauty and commercial work.
