What is TalentED?
TalentED is a mentorship platform that connects aspiring creatives with established professionals in fashion, photography, music, film, and performance. You book a one-on-one session, show up with your work, and get direct feedback from someone actively working in your industry.
Who are the mentors?
Every mentor is a working professional who applied and was reviewed before being accepted. Their credits and experience are real. You can read their full profiles before booking.
What happens in a session?
You and your mentor meet over Zoom for a focused, one-on-one conversation about your work. Bring your portfolio, your questions, and a sense of what you want to leave with. Most sessions end with clear feedback and specific next steps.
How do I choose the right mentor?
Browse by industry and read through each profile. Look for someone whose background is close to where you want to go. If you are not sure, you can book a free intro call and we will help you find the right fit.
Is this worth it if I am just starting out?
Yes. Starting out is exactly when clear direction matters most. One good session can save you months of guessing. You don't need to have it all figured out before you book.
How is this different from YouTube or online tutorials?
Online content is built for everyone, which means it's built for no one in particular. A session is about your work, your questions, and your next steps. The mentor can see what you're doing and tell you exactly what applies to you.
How does booking work?
Browse mentors, pick an available time, and submit your request. The mentor confirms, and your Zoom link appears on your booking page. That's it.
