Welcome to Talented. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By accessing or using the Talented platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
All bookings are subject to mentor availability and approval. Payment terms are established at the time of booking. Cancellation policies apply as described in the booking process.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Talented or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Talented is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Please review the following policy before booking a session on TalentED.
When you request a booking, a temporary hold is placed on your payment method. You are only charged if the mentor approves the session.
You may cancel a pending booking at any time before the mentor approves it. The payment hold will be released immediately.
Once a booking is approved, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. The payment hold will be released upon cancellation.
Approved bookings cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
If a mentor cancels an approved session, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Please be on time for your scheduled sessions. If you fail to attend a session without canceling in advance, the full session fee will be charged.
If you have a dispute regarding a session or charge, please contact our support team within 7 days of the session date.
