“Cédric is very insightful and having the opportunity to speak directly with him has helped me to get a better idea of how I can really go threw it in my Visual Arts project as business owner”
— Model in Paris
“it was an absolute pleasure talking with him...What really stood out to me was how he was able to describe what it means to find your identity and niche to show why you are marketable...I really look forward to the next opportunity to speak with him again!”
— Model in Berlin
“My session with Cédric was really, really interesting! It was very clear and helpful, and he answered my main questions before I even had the chance to ask them. What I liked the most was how he adapted the session to our profiles. I feel more motivated than ever to keep going!”
— Model in Nantes

TalentED FAQ

How does payment work?
Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged until the mentor confirms your session. If they decline or don't respond, the hold is released automatically and you're never billed.
When will my session be confirmed?
Mentors typically confirm within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email the moment your booking is approved, along with the session link or location details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule from your bookings dashboard up to 24 hours before a session. You aren't charged until your mentor accepts your first session. After that, a cancelled session goes back to your order to book again. There are no automatic refunds; for credit, reach out to support@talented.nyc.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are either video (via Zoom) or in-person, depending on the mentor's availability settings. The format is shown when you select a time slot.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — TalentED never stores your card details. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What do I get after the session?
Every session includes a personalised summary and clear next steps sent to your email within 48 hours of the session completing.
