TalentED FAQ

How does payment work?

Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged until the mentor confirms your session. If they decline or don't respond, the hold is released automatically and you're never billed.

When will my session be confirmed?

Mentors typically confirm within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email the moment your booking is approved, along with the session link or location details.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule from your bookings dashboard up to 24 hours before a session. You aren't charged until your mentor accepts your first session. After that, a cancelled session goes back to your order to book again. There are no automatic refunds; for credit, reach out to support@talented.nyc.

How do sessions take place?

Sessions are either video (via Zoom) or in-person, depending on the mentor's availability settings. The format is shown when you select a time slot.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — TalentED never stores your card details. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

What do I get after the session?

Every session includes a personalised summary and clear next steps sent to your email within 48 hours of the session completing.

About Aviana

Aviana is an American fashion model recognized for her commanding runway presence and multidisciplinary background that bridges movement, storytelling, and high fashion. She has built an international career working with leading agencies across New York, Los Angeles, Paris, and Barcelona, establishing herself as a global talent in the industry.

Originally from Martinsville, Indiana, Aviana began her career as a professionally trained dancer, with over 17 years of experience across ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and modern. This foundation in movement translates directly into her modeling, giving her a distinct physical intelligence and presence both on set and on the runway.

Since transitioning into fashion in 2019, she has quickly risen to work with some of the most respected names in the industry. Her portfolio includes campaigns for global brands such as Prada, Tom Ford, and Zara, as well as collaborations with legendary creatives like Steven Meisel, Craig McDean, and Carine Roitfeld. She has also walked for major fashion houses including Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Missoni, and Coach across New York, Milan, and Paris Fashion Weeks.

Aviana’s presence extends beyond runway and editorial work into global campaigns, including Pandora’s “Be Love” campaign, where she appeared alongside a diverse cast of leading models and cultural figures.

Outside of modeling, Aviana is the founder of Global AID Corporation (GAC), an initiative focused on sustainability, community-building, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. Her work reflects a commitment not just to fashion, but to impact and representation within and beyond the industry.

Through TalentED, Aviana offers mentorship rooted in real industry experience, helping emerging models understand how to walk, navigate agencies, build a competitive portfolio, and develop the presence required to succeed at a high level. Her approach blends technical guidance with mindset, discipline, and long-term career strategy.
