Biography

I am here to connect with creatives who work in both lens based and traditional practices seeking guidance on reaching their professional goals.

Claudia Grimaldi Marks is a creative producer, executive producer, and co-founder of DreamtoneNYC with over 25 years of experience across luxury editorial, documentary film, and the business of supporting artists. Her career spans senior roles at Martha Stewart Living, Interview Magazine, and Parade, directing high-end fashion productions alongside photographers including Karl Lagerfeld, Herb Ritts, and Bruce Weber. As Senior Manager of Creative Strategy and Creator Programs at Getty Images, she administered over $1.6 million in grants to photographers and filmmakers and built the Creative Accelerator Program, mentoring more than 200 emerging creators. She now channels that expertise into DreamtoneNYC, where she produces documentary work rooted in cultural preservation and artist advocacy. A BFA graduate of Parsons School of Design and a lifelong New Yorker, Claudia brings both the industry fluency and the human investment that artists at any stage actually need.
