Every mentor runs their sessions a little differently, but most conversations follow a structure like this.

First 10 minutes — Your current path
You'll talk about where you are in your modeling journey with building your portfolio, working with agencies, preparing for castings, or exploring brand collaborations.

Next 20 minutes — Portfolio & positioning feedback
Your mentor will review your portfolio, digitals, or social presence and share feedback on how you're presenting yourself to agencies and clients.

Next 20 minutes — Navigating the industry
Topics may include agency strategy, developing your look, building relationships with photographers, and understanding how castings and bookings work.

Last 10 minutes — Clarifying direction
You'll use the final part of the session to reflect on the discussion and clarify a few areas you may want to focus on next.

Biography

Nico Losado is the Founder and Creative Director of BRI’GEID Agency, an internationally focused talent agency dedicated to discovering, developing, and positioning emerging models and creatives for long term success.

After beginning his career within the creative industry, Nico identified a gap in how new talent was being supported. He built BRI’GEID with a clear mission: to provide hands on development, strategic placement, and genuine advocacy for talent from diverse backgrounds. Since launching the agency, he has scouted and guided models from early discovery to professional placement across major markets.

Nico’s expertise goes beyond signing talent. He understands what agencies look for, how development truly works, and what separates a hobbyist from a professional. From portfolio direction and mother agency relationships to international placements and long term brand positioning, his guidance is grounded in real operational experience.
