Every mentor runs their sessions a little differently, but most conversations follow a structure like this.
First 10 minutes — Your musical path
You'll talk about your music, influences, and where you are in your journey with writing, recording, releasing, or performing.

Biography
Taisiya Losmakova is an internationally acclaimed violinist and former Concertmaster of the Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus, with a performance career spanning Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
She began her elite training at the Republican Gymnasium-College of the Belarusian State Academy of Music and graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music, where she studied under distinguished professors Eduard Kuchinsky and Regina Krivel. During her formative years, she won numerous national and international competitions and performed as a soloist with the Belarusian State Philharmonic, performing Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1.
Taisiya has performed at globally recognized festivals such as Musica Mundi and collaborated with world-renowned artists including Maxim Vengerov and Misha Maisky. From 2019 to 2021, she served as Concertmaster of the Presidential Orchestra, recording featured solos and leading performances across classical, chamber, pop, jazz, and theatrical productions.
After relocating to the United States, she earned her Master of Music in Performance from Temple University’s Boyer College of Music, studying under internationally respected pedagogues Eduard Schmieder and Lambert Orkis, and participating in masterclasses with Albert Markov and Dmitri Berlinsky.
Her career has taken her to premier venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Baryshnikov Arts Center, and the Kimmel Center. She continues to collaborate with leading ensembles such as Manhattan Opera Studio, New Amsterdam Opera, Pennsylvania Sinfonia Orchestra, and the Philadelphia Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra.
