You set your rate. TalentED takes a share of what a mentee pays, and the rest is yours. Here is exactly what that looks like.
A seat in a group session
Per ticket sold. TalentED fills the room.

A college group session
Booked by the college, not sold by the seat.
A fixed fee, however many turn up
- A fixed fee, agreed before you say yes.
- Paid in full whether twelve students turn up or two.
- No platform percentage. The fee is the fee.
A partnership package
Run with a partner, so their share comes out too. The split varies by partner.

You set your own price. The figures above are examples, not rates. The percentage is what is fixed.
A group session's rate is fixed when the session is created, not when a seat sells. If you were hosting before 12 September 2026, your existing sessions stay at 20% — including seats that sell from here on.
Partnership packages vary. The current one is run with modeldigitals.com, whose share covers the shoot. A different partner means a different split, and you will be told it before you agree to anything.
Payouts go straight to you through Stripe. TalentED's share is withheld at checkout, so there is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.
