Portfolio critique
Your mentor will review your work and give detailed feedback on composition, storytelling, editing, and how your portfolio communicates your vision.
Career insight
You may discuss editorial work, working with magazines, building relationships with stylists and models, and developing strong personal projects.
Clarifying direction
You'll use the final part of the session to reflect on the discussion and clarify a few areas you may want to focus on next.
Biography
Marcello Junior Dino is an internationally recognised fashion photographer and creative consultant known for his cinematic, emotionally layered approach to image-making. Originally from Turin, Italy, Marcello built his creative foundation within Milan’s fashion industry, developing a distinctive visual language shaped by photography, art direction, and editorial storytelling.
With work featured across leading fashion and editorial spaces, including Vogue and GQ, Marcello has established a reputation for creating visually compelling imagery that blends intimacy, emotion, and strong narrative composition. His background in art direction gives him a sharp understanding of both visual execution and positioning within the fashion industry, helping photographers understand not only how to create strong images but how to build a body of work that resonates professionally.
On TalentED, Marcello offers selective, high-level consulting for photographers serious about entering fashion and editorial professionally. Sessions are designed for emerging and developing photographers seeking strategic feedback on portfolio direction, visual identity, creative positioning, editorial standards, industry expectations, and how to build work that resonates within a highly competitive landscape. Rather than traditional mentorship, Marcello provides direct, professional insight rooted in real-world experience to help photographers better understand where they stand and what it takes to elevate their practice.
